The Level 1 assessment is comprised of 25 questions that assess the student’s ability to listen, and comprehend a wide range of vocabulary terms and questions covered in the Little Sponges® program (All Adventure Units). There are also a few questions that focus on early literacy skills covered in the Alphabet Island.
The Level 2 assessment is comprised of 30 questions that assess the student’s listening, reading, and writing skills across a wide range of vocabulary terms. This assessment focuses on more difficult skills and academic vocabulary than the Level 1 assessment. It requires students to answer questions based on the academic content in Adventure Units 1-7.
The Level 3 assessment is comprised of 30 questions that assess the student’s listening, reading, and writing skills. This assessment focuses on more difficult academic vocabulary and content than the Level 1 and Level 2 assessments. Students have to use their knowledge of academic content in Adventure Units 8-14 to answer a wide range of questions.
